From the moment I stepped into the salon it was amazing. I never caught the ladies name that checked me in, she was superb, and made me feel at ease straight away. Then Caitlin came to do my hair. She is a very caring person. She gave me a lovely head massage, I nearly fell asleep! I am so pleased with my hair cut and finish. I will definitely be back. Top marks all round.

First salon visit since moving to Aberdeen and my first proper haircut in about 7 months (don’t judge 😅). I’ve been relying on home dye kits which, as it turns out, are not the best friends of dry hair… so I’ve officially decided to embrace my natural grey! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel so welcome and made me feel like a valued customer. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Shelly was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous bob that feels fresh, healthy and about 10x lighter. I walked out feeling like a new woman and very relieved to retire the box dye 😂 So glad I’ve found my new salon!

Been going to SAKS since they opened in Aberdeen. Fantastic team from the moment you arrive. Reception staff always friendly. Fabulous stylists. James Grant has always cut and coloured my hair and is amazing!! Never disappointed. On the odd occasion I’ve had to go to another stylist have been pleased with their work too. Philip and Audrey lovely, feel like I’m visiting friends every time I’m there. Lesley, beauty therapist very professional and puts you at ease. Would highly recommend.

Convenient booking system, friendly customer service, 10% student discount available and loved my hair at the end of it!! Felt lush 💇🏽♀️ Visited again for a facial and Lesley’s consultation was extremely helpful. Really enjoyed the relaxing facial and my skin felt rejuvenated!
